NeoGeography explores the history of selected corporate, industrialized, or militarized locations that have been driven by technological development, and the impact or influence these places have on other sites or environments, are investigated through the creation of maps cut into sheets of ripstop nylon, creating a camouflage like textile that casts an image of the mapped location onto the ground where it is situated.  This material will be incorporated into site-specific awnings or shelters to create public space, used as video screens to exhibit the histories of these locations and how they have been modified or redeveloped, and will be photographed aerially as a method for inserting this map into the landscape in reference to Google mapping strategies.
